Nancy Marrows in the Cafe Gallery - Hidden Depths
‘Hidden Depths’ is about capturing all of the complex layers involved in our human interactions with each other and the natural world. Nancy's work is inspired by hope, joy, space to breathe, humankind and the week that was, through combining art with, poetry, music and words.
Each motherpiece has many layers, you can glance at them superficially and see one perspective or spend more time looking closely to find the intricate detail and texture in each painting. The paintings are designed to hang in any orientation, by regularly turning the paintings brings an appreciation of a different perspective. Each piece can also be back lit which creates another interpretation of her art work.
The exhibition will run from Tuesday 4th August and ends on Friday 28th August.
Open Tuesday – Saturday. 9.30am - 3pm
