An illustrated talk “We dine surrounded by LOWRYs”
On the anniversary of his birth, we present the intriguing story of one of L.S Lowry’s most significant and enduring friendships. Gaynor describes her ancestral art adventure as she reveals the little –known tale of her great –uncle and the great artist.
An earlier version of this talk was given at the Arts Centre in 2023, but since then substantial new information has come to light which enhances and enriches the story.
Talk starts at 7:30pm, doors from 6:30pm with bar available.
