Julia Manning - The Decline of Eels. Conservation through Art

Julia Manning - The Decline of Eels. Conservation through Art

An exhibition of relief prints following the amazing life-story of eels from birth, death and regeneration in the Sargasso Sea.

Eels have populated our rivers and coastal waters for millions of years, but their numbers have declined alarmingly in recent times. As well as their beauty, Julia Manning’s prints vividly capture the vulnerability of the eels and the dangers they face as a species.
